Founded in 2013 under the name Completomolde, our company was born with the goal of developing high-precision molds. Over time, we evolved and expanded our capabilities to become CPM Air Robotic, a company specialized in industrial automation and robotics.

Today, our purpose is clear: to grow and strengthen our existing capabilities. We operate with advanced infrastructure, including CNC machines, fabrication of welded structures, specialized welding services, automation programming, and the development of automated cells. We are currently in the process of obtaining ISO 9001 certification, and we already hold welding certifications for steel up to S690 and aluminum in series 5, 6, and 7.

At CPM Air Robotic, we offer advanced solutions for aerospace tooling, specializing in high-precision machining and welded assemblies. With both automated and manual welding equipment, along with a wide range of CNC machinery, we handle complex projects in the aerospace sector, ensuring top-tier quality and structural integrity.

Our certified welders are qualified to work with high-strength steels such as S690 and a broad range of aluminum grades, meeting the most demanding standards in the aerospace industry.

With 7,500 m² of production facilities, we have the capacity to manage large-scale projects without compromising on quality or lead times.

4 – Industrial Software

At CPM Air Robotic, we use Creo, a powerful CAD tool, to design, calculate, and optimize mechanical components with maximum efficiency.

With Creo, we are able to:

Improve and adapt client designs
Generate 2D drawings and 3D models ready for manufacturing
Perform accurate technical calculations
Optimize production of parts in aluminum, steel, and POM

This enables us to develop robotized cells, assembly lines, and custom solutions, supported by an efficient supply chain, for industries such as aerospace.
